This is my first time using a metal plate. It ended up getting a small pinhole size bump in the print area. Are there any tricks that anyone knows about so that I can get that bump to not show up? I have tried putting vaseline on the blanket, covering the bump with a small piece of tape, putting vaseline on the plate and lessening the amount of impression. Not sure of anything else. Can anyone help my out?

I am using a QM 46-2, if that matters.

    Thanks,
    Chris

Clean your plate cylinder off so nothings behind it that's all you can do otherwise make a new plate

Not much you can do except making new plate, next time make sure back of plate is clean and plate cylinder is clean.
