Lower cost UV ink thermal plates for Short runs (under 5000 sheets)

Hi,

I have an Agfa Xcalibur VLF 80. I currently use Agfa elite pro thermal plates and I'm quite satisfied.
My problem is that 95% of my printing runs are under 5000 sheets while the plates I'm using can run over 80000 sheets.
For that reason, I'm looking for lower cost thermal plates that:

1. would be supported by the Xcalibur and its developing chemistry,
2. can handle UV inks,
3. provide an equivalent quality to the Agfa Elite Pro plates, and,
4. don't have to run over 5000 sheets.

P.S I have a 6 color KBA Rapida 142 for metal sheet printing.
