DPM 2340 Error

    Greetings,
    I moved a 2340 (by truck) and now are receiving a drum jam error every time I image a plate. PCC error 6012. in the text of the error it says "Paper Jam. 0916 media length encoder, invalid position." What have messed up and how do I fix it?
