Default MXM Synthetic Stock

Ran a job on mxm last week had nothing but trouble, in fact i think im going to have to run it again later this week. The whole thing offset on me! Ran in lifts of 300, used hard dry vinyl inks, kept my water down, sprayed the hell out of it. when i went to repile it at the end of my day, the border around the map had offset, and some of the road lines.( it was a hikers map, printed on this stock so it wouldn't get damaged if it got wet. ). Only the black offset, the process was fine! Wondering if i shouldn't have tried to talk them into letting me coat it. A satin coat wouldn't have changed the finnish and maybe not offset. Also the static in this paper was incredible, just loading it the hairs stood up on my arms and little lightning bolts snapping and cracking, constantly shocking me and my feeder lol. The press looked like a frigging christmas tree with all the tinsel in the feeder and delivery! Stock was 28X40 60 lb. Even when repiling you could lay one sheet on top of another and each sheet would shoot off in oposite directions. Took a little while to get it to feed good but we did get it, but never really got the delivery under control.

Press is a 6 color Heidelberg xl105

Any help or suggestions would really be apreciated, be nice to know if i was doing something wrong, or just missed something...thanks
