Where can I get Oce assistance and information in Taiwan? Who do you recommend?

I need to know where to buy Oce presses in Taiwan, I cannot get them to understand me when I call the office phone that appears in the website.
Maybe here, being a printing community, someone can help me with a direct contact who speaks english and whom I can make business with.
