I have a large B&W image from Rome I'm printing on 17x22 paper and gray background continues to have faint vertical banding in 1-1/2" width bands. I've re-aligned the print nozzles multiple times but it doesn't clear up. The banding doesn't show up on the same print in color, only B&W.
Has anyone else found this to be a problem with this printer?

    jcastilla,
Have you tried running a nozzle check? It could be the result of either a printhead clog or headstrikes onto the media. Feel free to reach out to me at 941-906-3123 if you need help troubleshooting that printer. It is exactly what my company specializes in.

    Thanks,
    Tyler

Tyler, I did run the nozzle check, the head cleaning and then 6 print head alignments. But still have the vertical banding. It's very light but when you're printing b&w with the sky gray, it shows up. Not what I expect from this level of printer.
When you say your company specializes in this do you mean you charge a fee or you just help for free?
    Thanks,
    John
