    Hi all;

    :confused:

    I am having a bizarre issue with the rollers/guide mechanism that are part of the cut sheet feed mechanism on my 4800. I extended the left roller way out to accommodate some 16" stock. I was going to go back to 13" wide stock, so I lifted the little paper guide to move over to the right on the ASF unit to secure the 13" paper, and now the whole left roller/guide mechanism wont budge past about 14". I tried looking for obstructions or problems with those little "wings" that are on spring in the unit, but they seem fine. It moves freely between about 14" and the far left side of the ASF unit. I checked the rest of the area with my hands looking for something that might be catching on the roller/spring Assembly, but it feels like I'm hitting a very solid object, not like I'm hung up on some little catch. Some mystery force is keeping that left roller mechanism from moving any closer than the 14".

    I am at my wit's end here! I need to print out some even smaller work, and this is keeping me from getting to that job.

    ANY assistance would be greatly appreciated :)
