MR 300 chrome roller

Chrome roll covered with ink or problems can be in chrome roller ?

 

Chrome roller covered with ink is either contamination or a fountain solution problem.

 

Or could be wrong rotation speed in relation to the printing plat - MR300 has always been a wonders.
Maybe someone knows with any surface is pan rollers mat,gloss chrome ceramic ?
I forgot to say that this is one of the first three hundred "DEMO"

 

When You wash up the Ink and Dampening rollers do you gum the dampening rollers? After the wash cycle finishes, the machine will beep and go to low speed. The ink rollers will lift off from the plate. This is the time you gum the plate and Dampening rollers. Wait till the gum completely dries up.
