Server Password Change

    Hi,
    we have a Konica Minolta* C220 / Develop ineo+ 220.
    We are in the process of moving between IT support companies and the divorce from the previous company has not been amicable! To protect our business we have changed the admin password on our server which runs SBS 2011.
    As a result we have now lost the scan to user box function on the MFP.
    Does anyone know which setting needs to be changed to re-enable the function?
    Any help appreciated!
