Self-Publish Color Magazine on Copier with Finisher

I am trying to self-publish an A3 size monthly magazine 32 pages (after stappled), 250 copies per month...and I have small budget which will not suffice me to go to production house/printing press. I like to buy color copier with booklet finisher. My budget is around $5000-$6000...which copier will suit me..I am eyeing for Konika Minolta bizhub c244e...Any Advice will be appreciated. Thanks
