Need Magicolor 2500W utilities software

Recently had to move our lightly-used Magicolor 2500W & cannot locate the installation cd. Have no problem downloading the driver but cannot find the utilities software anywhere. The status monitor software we've found from several sites is not applicable to the 2500W. The printer was working fine but now has error light flashing & we cannot determine what the problem is. Will be so appreciative for a copy of the correct utilities installation program or a link to it. Thank you all.
