My konica bizhub c652 shows continuously replenish toner y and k

My konica bizhub c652 continuously say replenish toner yellow and black even though I change and put genuine new tonor 2 times. I perform the tcr supply toner procedure but nothing still move. The toner motor don't still move. Pls does somebody could help me..? IMPOSSIBLE TO PRINT almost one month already. I even change yellow image unit. Pls I need help.

Am having the same problem with my c652DS. Really could need some help please

 

Open the door and in service menu:
->state confirmation menu
->1/0 check mode
->type 54 0
Can you see yellow supply motor motor running?

 

Risu is on the right track. It's often the motor in the toner hopper. If the auger is not spinning toner will not move into the machines internal toner reservoir.

 

THOUGH ITS TECHNICAL, BUT YOU CAN MANUALLY SPIN THE TONER SUPPLY GEAR DIRECTLY BELOW THE TONER CARTRIDGE TO CLEAR THE BLOCKAGE AND ALLOW FREE TONER FLOW TO THE UNIT.
