Magicolor 7450 and 8650

Konica Minolta and some reviews say that the Magicolor 8650 print better than the Magicolor 7450.

I see the same photo printed with both printers and the 7450 prints very similar to a continuos tone printer (it is very difficult to see dots). But the 8650 prints shows dots and something similar to an "screen or pattern".

KM said that the 8650 try to emulate the "offset rosette", but I really dont like it.

My question is if the 8650 can print photos like the 7450 changing some setting in the driver.

You should move up to the Bizhub products to get the HD Polymerized toner.
You would be amazed at the color variations.
If you move to a C203 you would be able to Calibrate the machine off the glass when the color gradations went flat.
