Laser printer Magicolor 5650 doesn't print 100% solid black color (faded black color).
I already tried to clean the laser lens - it doesn't help.
    All supplies are genuine/original.

What's the problem/How to fix it?

    Thanks,
    Mjson

    1) When you press "Print" in any application, you will have an option of "Preview" that is close to bottom left. Click on the "Preview" button.
    2) This will open the document in Preview (the software program) as a PDF. Now click File > Print.
    3) There should be a dropdown menu where "Preview" is currently selected. Click the dropdown menu and select "Quality & Media."
    4) A checkbox titled "Grayscale Printing" should appear at the bottom. Check this box.

I'm doing color prints. Printer worked perfectly well for a few months.

    It's not software issue.

Do you know what part of the printer probably need to be replaced?

    Thanks,

No expert here but it could be that it needs a developer change. Also, what shape are the drum and charge wires in?

I had the same problem with Xerox DC2240.
It was developer's problem, like MAX_Josh said...
