I have had a problem printing from my Mac to our C652 color copier. The problem is very strange. When I print a job with several of the same copies, some print perfectly and some print very dull or washed out. It is not a toner issue (mainly because I know they are full) because it is not consistently getting lighter. It will print them wrong inconsistently. It will print one good then 2 bad then a couple good.

I have OS 10.6.4 and the driver for the copier is up to date. It will print fine from the Windows PC we have here in the office, but from both Macs in our office it is having this inconsistency problem. This just started about a month ago. Before then everything printed fine. It doesn't matter what program it is from either, it still is inconsistent. Please help!

Have you asked Konica Minolta? I am curious as to what they say..I have a KM C652 but have had different issues...how many clicks are on the machine? Does it look like the image is toner starved? Maybe the machine can't catch up to that much coverage? Also how is the fuser, drums and transfer belts? I would suspect the transfer belt first as that had the largest area of imaging compared to a drum roller, which if it was less sensitive in spots I could see it possibly doing this effect...how is registration?

Also might want to have the machine checked to make sure the mechanical parts that drive the toner to the drums are working correctly, could be faulty even with toner full....
