Konica Minolta C220 loses connection with the scanner

Hello, It is the first time that I write in the forum. I searched for a similar topic but does not find anything. I have the Konica Minolta C220 Color and face the following problem, following a format that was made on the computer , i installed the printer again , but very often loses the connection to the scanner. Specifically, forced to enter the address of the c220 and change the ip.
