konica minolta bizhub c284e scan email sbuject change

    We have a konica minolta bizhub c284e mfp. If i use the scan to email function, no matter how i try to change the them messeage subject its not working, the machine sendig the same old subject. Changeing on the IP adress / admin logon / store address / subject field not working. Can't understand why.
