KM bizhub C360

Hello all.

I have an office printer that i have in a network. But since a few days ago i have got an issue to solve:

I have 5 Windows Xp computers that can print to the Konica C360, and 1 win Xp pc already print to it. This pc have a problem on os, and was formatted. Since then, when i send a print job, the printer receives the signal of the job (a blue light flashes 3x) but i got no paper. On Windows it shows a pop up saying "job was sending to the printer....., like normally do, but i have got no paper.
I have internet, network on this pc, also fixed ip like others pc on this Domain, but i got this issue to solve.

Anyone help?
