Copying a birth certificate

    Our company is trying to copy a birth certificate using our Konica Minolta bizhub C220 and get an error on the display advising the machine not being able to print this type of document. The copy prints out as an all black page. Is there a config setting on this unit that will allow us to temporarily override this functionality?

    Kind of late but there is probably some kind of marker on the paper you can try to scan it and then print it
