Colour laser printer help

Hi guys,

I run a pin/badge/button business and am looking to get a colour laser printer. Budget is around $3k. Xerox isn't in the running because the prints are put under mylar and the waxiness of the solid ink will look odd.

Right now I'm leaning towards the Konica-Minolta Magicolor 5650EN or the Canon imageRunner LBP5970.

I need consistent, sharp, and vivid colours with very dark blacks.

Each page will be about 30-45% full. Printing about 50 pages a week, so speed and throughput isn't an issue. I just need great quality.
