Bizhub c454 does not start printing from case 4

    Hello from Germany and sorry about my english.

    We have a Problem an no German can help us...

    We have 4 papertray. We can change the tray for paperoutput by the printer preferences dialog.
    But this only works with the tray 1, 2 and 3.
    If we choose tray 4 and sent the printorder from the PC to the printer, the printer beep and on display stand, we had to press ok, if we want to print out from tray 4.

    What is our mistake?
