We have a Windows Server 2008 R2 VM handling print services in our company (client laptops approx 80% Win7 Pro x64/20% Win10 Pro x64.) I'm wondering is it possible to install two separate drivers on the server for the same device - Konica-Minolta bizhub c220 - and have both appear in the directory when adding printers on individual machines vs having to manually install the Win10 print driver onto the client machine as this would be a time saver when deploying laptops.

Current driver version on the server is 3.2.0.0. I did try installing the Win10 driver (3.7.0.0) but it wound up installing the same 3.2 version.

    Thanks!

My personal suggestion (since all of the machines are 64bit) would be to install the Windows 7 x64 driver only, and when you're ready to set up a Windows 10 Workstation, use the Windows 7 driver in compatibility mode. Would that accomplish what you are trying to do? You could also store all the drivers on the server itself (uncompress the driver installer so you have access to the .inf files), and when asked about the driver on the workstation, just choose the corresponding .inf driver. With one driver actually installed on the server, it should pull all of your printer options regardless of which driver it's using.
