    Most of the time I run heavy coverage whether it be a 1 color image or a 4/color build I usually have a rollermark issue most of the time in the magenta and some times in the cyan. Was given a chart by a Komori tech to help narrow down which form its coming from by measuring in mm. from the lead edge of the sheet to the most dominant mark. It measured out to my water form. But as a precaution also checked ink forms to plate and oscilaters. they were fine as well as my water form to plate, water to chrome and chrome to metering. So i adjusted the stripes on the water form to plate, water to chrome and chrome to metering by lowering thestripes by 1mm. and it seemed to help a little but still could see the marks. I also dropped my waters. Any ideas that may help take care of the issue. Or even a better way to go about it . Thanks

    Hi Shawn
    RE-Roller marks;
    Shaun check that your form roller to plate is not set too hard if it is you will start taking the drive from the M/C not the dampers.
    Please tell me what press you are running and what mm your roller stripes are/ and also the measurment from the grip edge and i will try to help you.
