Recommendation

While I was sunning myself on a Spanish beach our Komori 626 EMP decided to have a 'headache' ie on coming out of perfect mode it stalled and wouldn't continue the sequence.

I called on the services of Paul (aka Komori Demonstrator on this forum) who kindly came in on a Saturday morning and cleared the fault allowing us to continue to scratch a living.

All I can say is he is a skilled professional who was concerned enough to call me to ask if all was still OK this morning whilst his taxi was running waiting to take him off to the airport.

I'm very grateful Paul, we'll definitely keep you on file for future 'headaches', mechanical or electrical.

I would like also to recommend Paul ( Komori Demonstrator ) I bought a used Komori 540 of a dealer who will remain nameless after 2 weeks of excuses why the press was not performing as it should and Demonstrator with a bad attitude They introduced Paul to us he put my mind at rest that I had not bought a white elephant and a short 2 days latter the press was up and running. We then decided that we would pay Paul to train our staff a job that he excelled in (no attitude and the lads really benifited from the training)
