Default marking in perfect mode

Hey guys I run a Komori perfector. My problem is on thin gloss stock Im marking in the beggining of the belly pan it bulds up ink on the lip of the belly pan right after the coater back cylinder and starts marking the backside of the sheet. Now Ive adjust my belly pan air up down but I believe its slapping on that lip. Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions that dont include running inline mode. Thank you.

I never had match luck running coated stock on a perfector. A nice Patina matta works fine.

Komolri did not think of every thing - try adding your self (but with max care - not sure - don't touch)

what ??

Think its more an air thing, metal guides will mark even more.

Is there any air pushing the sheet down from the top, maybe from the drier.

Regards.
