LS40P maintenance repairs

Hi,

We have a LS40P and a straight LS40. I am maintenance support person. I am trying to learn as much as I can so we can avoid calling Komori service in and be more prepared when issues arise. Seems the Manuals are more geared toward running operations. If anyone has a good learning curve for this, I would love to hear about it, maintenance success stories, how others have learned, etc. etc.

Also can anyone give me more information on perfecting conversion steps?
The manual will tell you. Hook on, hook off, gripper pin on, gripper pin off, etc. etc. etc. I'm sure its step by step and conditions need to be met before the next step will happen.

Can anyone put this in a step by step that is understandable? Or any other help/advice on these topic would be greatly appreciated.
