With no error, how do you know the problem is with VF61?
Please provide more information including press model and serial number.

If the problem is with the VF61, you most likely will get an error message. Do you have to reset power so that you can start running again? Does it stop only when you are feeding sheets? Will the press go on, and stay on, crawl? There should be a relay board in the main cabinet with red LED's. Do any of the safety relay LED's (R-SCBC, R-SC1W or R-SC2W, etc.) go out when the press stops?

    No error message.
forward and reverse inch is possible for a moment.
crawl for max 5 sec and display on the VF61 is reaching 570 rpm and the motor is stop.
couldn't feed the paper because machine is not run more than 5 sec.
no indication seen on the relay board LED's. it looks normal.

What about the Varicam, located in the feeder cabinet. Does the display match the timing degree of the press? Does it change properly when the press moves?

In trouble monitoring of the inverter, it shows overspeed message. What does the problem stop the motor at low speed mode?

Overspeed errors on a VF61, especially during inch and lower speeds, usually indicates a problem with the encoder. Check the set screw first and if it is secure, replace the encoder.

No, the encoder under the feed table is for the Varicam. The encoder you need to check and possibly replace is on the main motor itself. So basically you remove the fan housing and attached to the end of the motor shaft is the main motor encoder. The set screws are what holds it to the spinning motor shaft. They need to be tight, normally secured with removable adhesive. If this does not make sense you might want to have a press electrician handle it for you.

My motor is Toyo denki seizo- model (UF1911v), but I don't see motor encoder at the end of the motor shaft after removing the fan housing. Please point out me the location of the encoder on my motor.
