impression dials

    does anybody know how to clean komori impression dials so the needle does not spin around when adjusting printing pressure?

    sounds like you will have to replace it. They can be removed by prying it out of the knob with a tiny screw driver. Work it out a little on each side until you can get ahold of it with your hand. Note, those dails ,when working properly will actually move the needle when uninstalled just by rotating it on your hand while holding the dail in a vertical position. You will need to rotate the dail in mid air to match the setting on the oposite side of unit before you push the new dail into the knob.

    Hi, Dont know if its any help at this stage but the dials are held in place by a tiny grub screw, loosen this to remove the dial. Also worth noting that if this screw is too tight it distorts the dial causing the needle to 'stick'.
