Anyone ever have trouble with vacuum side guide stalling sheet and preventing it from getting to head stops consistently? If so what was the remedy?? No, vacuum is not too high!
    Thanks

I do think it may be a timing issue. When checking sheet arrival at headstop after you push stop button and remove top sheet the feeder trips off before I can inch the second sheet to the headstop.......so what am I doing wrong? Or is there another method?
    Thanks,
    Dan

Turn off the Eyekom after removing first sheet. This will prevent the Eyekom from tripping when it sees a sheet at the "P" lite but not at the headstops.

Hi this is usually the second sheet in the stream being pulled by the first one as the sidelay pulls it.
The thing to do is put the small wheels on a little harder about 10 mm back from tail edge of first sheet, this will hold the second sheet stable as the first one is pulled over
Please tell me if this works, it should do

Set your plate height on your sideguide it is probably too tight
