Default Photosmart Pro B9180 question

Hi Everyone!
I'm a newbie & I'm glad to be here. Here's my problem. I have a one person forklift refurbishing business & I work on all types, models, & all different ages of lifts. I am going broke buying decals that is if I can even find them. I usually need approx. 10 decals per lift & none of them will be the same. Also, I rarely get in the exact same lift twice ~ hence, I basically need totally different decals each time. I'm looking for a machine to produce high quality, somewhat waterproof, & long lasting decals. The large format machines are great but the maintenance really scares me especially for the low quantities that I'll be producing. The Photosmart can accept media up to 1.5 mm thick. I need to find vinyl with adhesive backing that will able to accept the Vivera inks & have the vinyl the correct thickness to fit through the machine. I have contacted HP & they were of no help. HP doesn't make decal material for the B9180. Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe a different high quality low production machine or material that I would be able to use. I already have a Roland PNC-910 for making the needed vinyl lettering.
Thanks for any & all info!
