Looking for a full bleed, duplex photo quality printer

We're looking to produce postcards in house to include in our products so we're looking for an inkjet printer that can print full bleed pictures, on both sides of thickish cardstock with the highest image quality possible.

We're currently doing about 50 - 100 prints a month and we're probably going to do max about 500 before we outsource to a print shop. Budget is max $400 but would prefer closer to $200.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
