    Get HP printer do not recognize ink cartridges, what shall we do?

    hi , if printer do not recognize your ink cartridges, how shall we solve it?

    first, replace it.
    If it cannot do , turn off the power, and than turn the printer on.

    Which specific hp printer are you using?

    Do you have another genuine hp cartridge to install as a test?
