default paper size

i had installed two printer on single machine one is
epson l300 & l800.my problem is that when i tried
to set default paper size ie 4*6 in l800 i cant .in l300
i able to set paper size but when try to print in l800
it goes to a4 size.in l300 when try to take print it is
ok mean 4*6.but in l800 i cant i tried many thing but cant got sucess please reply as soon as possible Bookmarks

 

Are you printing from a windows computer?

Under control panel, devices and printers, right click on the l800's icon and choose printer preferences.
The L800 says it supports "3.95 in x 5.9 in" -- are you using this or are you selecting custom size and entering the custom size there?

 

yes i am using in windows machine.but it does not say 3.95....when i select 4*6 it selected but try to print there are two printer one is l300 & l800 when i go to l300 there after i select l800 the paper size came to a4

 

What program are you printing from?

Can you try and change the default printer preferences under control panel, printers or control. panel, devices and printers.

 

defalut paper size

photoshop.when i try to print from 300 it print on 4*6 & also i set default paper size 4*6 in 300 but when go to 800 it goes to a4. my default printer is l300
