Does anyone know of a good small ink mixing scale, capable of mixing as low as 100grams of ink for spot colour printing?
    Thanks.

    Scales

For 20 years I've used a set of cheap digital scales accurate to .01 of a gram available on ebay. For small mixes I still use them instead of my Pantone scales.

I have to agree. Pretty much any small digital scale will work, and they are incredibly cheap to obtain. Like many of the questions contained within this forum, Ebay is a great place to get pretty much anything you need.

Although I wouldn't recommend using a 'cheap' item for most of your printing, but for mixing ink you should be alright.

I believe the 99% of the customers won’t notice any difference if you use any kind of common food scale or better. There are some “pocket scale” on eBay, very cheap that you can use for a max of 250gr of ink.

I've been using a triple beam for years. Although we don't seem to mix as much as we used to.

LOL! Just go to a head shop and find the scale that all the dope dealers use!
