HP Indigo 5000 Feeder 0 failed

The error on the hp indigo 5000, Node_Paperpath reset. Feeder 0 failed. Do any one know if this error is the pcn board or what can it be?

 

Sir how did you solve this problem please tell

 

In the top pcn module board Dsc board check the flat thin connector if it all connected,before that check that the green light ar on in the board

All connection are ok and the pcn initialized this error comes as I press the get ready there is fatal error with connection to press failed and in error list there is connection between pcn and 0 failed
