Feeder failed power on

    Hi. On a Hp Indigo 3550 the start up sotware presents the follow error:

    "SENGINE - 512579
    Feeder failed to por ser on. Power cycle the press to try again. If feeder continúe to not power on, contact customer care."

    We dont have suport care, somebody help me?
