XL105 Gripper Problems

Does anyone with an XL105 ever had a problem with the impression grippers not being able to hold the sheets causing doubling?

 

What kind of paper are you running, what kind of ink coverage, which units? I gotta say that of the XLs ive worked on, sheets pulling out of the grippers is not a huge problem.

 

the grippers on the transfers have a dial to be able to set them ours is set at 1 and run up to 24pt like that and no slippage on transfer if it is set right and still doing it clean the gripper pads, dirty ones don't have the grip that clean ones do hope this helps.
