used 2 color offset machines

I am the manager in a small digital printing press.
Interested in getting into the offset industry.
Can any one help me with info about used 2 color offsets and
approximately how much they cost.

I was looking for someone or some information that could equip me with all that is needed initially.

I know of a lot of people who do great jobs with just their old 2 color machines.
