:confused:Hi we have just got a TOK (sadly from a business that has gone bust) and we are using it for thermographic printing but as i have very little experience running one i have a few questions

Is it possible to disable the delivery hoist as i will be delivering the stock onto a thermographic machine and not onto the delivery tray

The preset numbers on the machine read 4333 does this sound about right

How do you check the rollers against the plate/and each other to check for and ink stripe

    Hope this makes sense

If anyone has any experience in running a TOK any help or advice would be welcome even if it doesn't answer any of the above questions
    :)

    Hi,

The plate inker is set from the screws at the top too 3 to 5mm on a metal plate with the lever on the top right on the delivery side allowing you to drop and lift the roller.

To stop the delivery droping that can only be done on a DDS damping model. There is a switch behind the L shaped guard in the delivery on the left hand side.

    Regards.
