I currently use a weko spray powder type 6 which is pretty common for these presses and noticed over the last couple days that is not pumping the powder Wallace on impression... I've cleaned the various lines out with an air compressor and the actual unit does get hot like it should be operating but nothing is happening as far as powder being pumped out on to the sheets. any helpful feedback would be greatly appreciated

Have you checked the air flow through the powder resevoir . sometimes it gets packed with old powder under the top.

check the filter on the pump that supplies air to the unit.

Your t6 has warning buzzer for low air pressure and lack of powder flow monitored by the eyes in the hopper, doesn't it? Are you getting any wring alert? There's also a plastic tube with a 45 degree angle the powder flows through on the way to the manifold, I've seen in many cases that over the years the powder has actually worn the plastic tube right through. But in those cases, there's been a considerable buildup of "stray" powder surrounding the sprayer area. I've spoken to Weko America on behalf of my customers in the past, they've been very helpful and have made spot on recommendations when I've run out of ideas.

No, No warning buzzer. There is a wire that runs from the top of the unit to somewhere under the delivery area...I haven't had a chance to go into that yet, boss has been hard driving lately and wants to keep presses rolling while were very busy....Yeah, I know, makes no sense...luckily I print on uncoated stocks primarily. ANYWAY, the unit does still get hot but there is simply no powder puffing inside the glass jar/hopper. Im thinking the wire leads to a sensor. Maybe, IDK. Hopefully I can dive into more this upcoming week if I slow down a bit.

Ooops, T6, you're on a GTO or MO, correct? I gave suggestions for troubleshooting a WEKO used on larger format machines. Have you checked the belt that drives the blower? Have you looked at the solenoid under the cover? Check to see if it is actuating on pulse. The wire you see is going to the roller limit switch on the last unit impression cylinder journal. It sends the pulse to actuate the sprayer solenoid. If the belt is broke or slipping, or the solenoid is not activating, the powder will not be agitating.
