So, you need to be little more descriptive in your issue so we can help. When you say it wont run with all 5 units do you mean that all 5 units wont come on impression? Do you mean that all units after the perfector are fine but if you include the first unit it wont run? Do you get a slur? Lack of air pressure? Any errors? Troubleshooting machines are hard enough when your onsite, online is even more difficult. Need details.

when we have all 5 units on as soon as the sheet passes the front lays the machine stops dead if we turn the 5th unit off and reset the machine it runs
and if we turn 1-4 off and just run the 5th unit it will run, we are running in straight and not in perfecting
when we look at the console it tells us its the 5th unit and has a vertical line flashing in the lower part of the display of the 5th unit

    Hi guys,
Check the belt tension. Probably it's oily or loosen. You can clean it and try, if it works, you may need to replace the belt. It seem machine is around 1996 to 1998. Can you provide DYN test error codes as well?

    Good luck
