hi folks, our SM74 display is dead, pluged another monitor at same size and image is ok, but can't put mouse to work into usb connection.
how is the procedure to enter bios and configure the mouse at bios setup? which key to press at boot startup ?
(touch screen is ok, but it's a pain to find the correct place to press, so we need to put the mouse to work)
    thanks in advance!

What type of IPC is it? Take a photo of the label and let us know?

Ooops, it is MC4. There should'nt be any problem thie type. You need to replace the whole unit unfortunately. There is no chance to connect mouse to it since the Windows XP is embeded. Sorry.....

Did you connect a keyboard and tried to run the explorer through the task manager? you can then use the start button on the keyboard to go to control panel to do further settings.
