SM74 2004 - Feeder Pile Getting Stuck !

Hi, We have noticed a problem with our pile feeder getting stuck on our heidelberg SM74 2004 and not being able to move it. An error message appears saying 'Illegal movement of main pile on feeder not acknowledged' but we are unable to acknowledge it. It also says 'Pile not in automantic pile-raising zone' and 'Pile at bottom end position'.

The only way to clear the error is by turning off the press and back on, but this takes time. How can I clear the error without turning it off?

If you so rarely are receiving this error, probably Feeder Motor is getting dirty. You need to open the cover of the cooling ventilator at the backside of the motor. It's a little difficult to reach, but you can open from underneath of foot steps on Drive side. After you open, clean it by compressed air. The machine should be switched off.
