SM52 - Overrunning sheet not acknowledged error

When I get a crash in the delivery, I get this error message.

"Overrunning sheet not acknowledged error"

How do I acknowledge the error?

This is my 2nd week "official" week on this press so im a little new to some of the error messages. I reboot of the machine works but that is obviously just a quick-fix.

 

Open and close the glass gate in the delivery.

 

The new sheet brakes showed up today (old ones were broken) and hasn't crashed since. What a difference in the delivery, 15k an hour now!

I will try the glass door next time though, dont think I opened that with the crashes.
