In your first post you said, that your electricity is not OK. If the problem comes from that, nobody will not be able to help you, because you will get all the time different errors. You have to start about that. Maybe you can somehow improve your electricity quality.

It could be a bad power supply in your cabinet. Try swapping around your LTK boards and see if the issue still comes up. This one is kind of tough to troubleshoot on here, you might actually have to have a tech come out.

Yes is a big problem, in our company a small busines company, we only have this machine and have this machine broke down is hard for us. We are loosing about $15000 dolars for day and we don`t know what can we do.

The colombian mechanic has a trouble to come here, for a Visa issue. The locan servise company for Heidenber (somerus) said that they can`t help with the problem.

Someone of you know somebody who would come to Costa Rica and help us with the SM74?. He has to be a good mechanic and with a lot of expirence. Maybe in USA, is a company than give us support for our Speed Master. Tickets, food, and host will be pay for us.

I dont know of a good independant electrician but you might try calling Heidelberg USA see if they will send someone down. It might cost a bit more but at least you know it will be fixed correctly and have a warranty also.

Well first of all thanks for your support, We try to send a email a few weeks ago to Heidelber USA but it looks like Sommerus, is the only company who can help us here in costa rica.

So we don`t know what to do, is very frustating.

Correct me if Iam wrong, but isnt a T in a circle symbolize loss of air pressure. Maybe you are having trouble with the machines air supply.

That is one of the many things it can be.
