    Hi All,

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year. Hope we all are happier, healthy, more success in this new year 2011 ... :)

At our CD-102 machine, I get error message :
    1) Motor Circuit Breaker : Earth-leakage monitor
(Deutsch : Motor schuetzschalter Isolations waechter )
    2) Sensor Lubrication monitoring 1
    (Deutsch: Sensor schierueberwachung 1)

There is no information where (at which part of the machine) the problem is. Any one has the same error message ? How to solve it ? Any information is appreciated.

Thank you. Have a succesful new year 2011.

Is your press CP2000 or CPtronic?

    Hi exheidmech,

Thank you for your reply. We have CP2000. At monitor, I see 3 shafts with tube below them, on of the shaft (in the middle one) is yellow. At the delivery area, the chains are dry. Can it be caused by the failed sensor ?

    Thanks

Yes, it could be a bad sensor, but it could be a few other things too. CP2000 has a central lube screen which will flash in the area that is causing the error. Is this the screen you are describing? Are you using Heidelberg Lube or an aftermarket lube?

    hi Exheidmech,

Thank you for the information. Yes, it's the screen I mean. We use the lube from Heidelberg Saphira HP1 (LA-8P) (which is I think is the same with ELKALUB 8P).
Yesterday we tried to make a 'direct contact/short circuit' of the cable at the lubrication cylinder. It was moving (some days ago it was not moving). After some hours, it stopped from moving, so we thought that the lubrication is sent to the delivery area. But, we found that the chains are still dry. And below the machine, there are so much lubrication. I think the pipe from the lube cylinder to the chains (at delivery) is clogged. Can I use air compressor to break it ?

    Thank you.

I had a customer with a simular problem a few months back. I found it best to work from the pump itself, remove the grease lines from the pump and make sure that grease is actually coming out of the pump. I also did use compressed air to ensure that all grease lines were clear. However if you do use air to clear lines you have to manually grease the delivery several times to make sure that grease is back into the lines. If I remember correctly each side of the press has 6 grease points. It will take quite some time to make sure all 12 lines are clear.
