Scumming Issues

I own a GTO52 Printmaster. My 3rd unit (magenta) scums really bad on the DS and have tried everything suggested. Currently there's a new set of rollers in the entire unit. I can increase water pressure and get it to go away but then it washes out. It has Direct Dampening. I set stripes and it will be fine BUT then the stripes go after a job or four. Any suggestions?!?

What kind of rollers are installed? Who installed them? Most likely your issues is incorrectly set rollers.

Some things to check
Are your form rollers set on oscillation?
Were the roller bearings replaced when the roller's were changed?
What rollers are you useing?
What fount solution are you running is it correct?

The issue was present before the current new set was installed. We just learned this morning the problem is from the nylon pads on the adjustment screws being worn out, which would account for eliminating the problem with setting stripes BUT returning a day or so later. I sincerely appreciate your input!
