machine Speedmaster SM 102-5+L. The printing on a cardboard thickness 0.55 mm.
Scratches in suites and average tones .On a cardboard thickness to 0.30 mm scratches aren't present. Whether it is possible to print by this machine on a cardboard 0.55m,without scratches or as to remove them? the leaf scratches about a grid Super Blue.

Have you checked to see if there is some packing under the blue jacket that can be removed to increase the clearance between the super blue net and the sheet?

I have problems with understanding of English. I will answer as I understood. Under a grid there is a basis on which it fastens. Under a basis there is a thin film.If I remove a basis that I won't be able to record a grid, the grid is fixed on a basis, a basis on the cylinder.

No substrate under a basis is present.

The hope would be that there is something under what you call a basis. Being that there is not you might try removing what you call the grid and mounting some velcro or something with an adhesive backing to the areas where there are no image on the printed sheet in question. This will support the sheet and prevent contact with the freshly printed ink.

Is the colour of the main jacket that the SuperBlue goes on blue or black?

Are you using SuperBlue 1 which is the soft netting or SuperBlue 2 which is the stiffer netting that comes generally on a roll?

if your blue jacket is directly on the cylinder with no packing sheets underneath I guess you out of luck when it comes to opening up the gap in between transfers. Have you made sure that the super blue is loose on the cylinder? Many times I've seen the net installed too tight and it will cause problems. You should not pull the net too taught when feeding it on to the cylinder.

If you have any open spots on the sheet that does not print, you can put a small slit in the super blue and tape a piece of weather stripping there. It will push the paper away from the net. He had to do this on our Harris' quite a bit.

Not sure if it is the same as the QM-46 but the super blue set up came with to cords (like bungee cords with velcro ) that get wrapped around the super blue net (or remove the super blue net) and place these just out side of the image area
