REK1 problem S-REK1 FFFE

Hello everyone.
I've got a big problem with my SM 102 5 year 2004.
I have the message "S-REK-1 - fault FFFE.
It seems to be "software mono-flop of REK1 has run down (main program has exceeded the run time, detected by REK2".
The machine does not restart!!
What can i do.

Hi,
There is a synchronization pulse between REK1, SAK2 and RGP which is generated in REKs board. It works like close loop and will be processed in RGP. In case of any disparities in the loop, the software performs an emergency stop in REK1 in order to prevent any damaging to main motor control board (BLT/SLT) and motor itself. I had faced this problem several times and repaired few boards. You need to replace or repair REK1.

I thought the REK1 was the motherboard RGP21 + the EPROM EPM8.
It's not exact?
The board in the pictures is in the computer plug in unit, the second when you go right to left.

OK,
Try to find an IC with following number 82C89. It's probably one of those two dip ICs. Replace this IC and see the results. I'm not sure if you could find it in local market. Otherwise you should order it online.
