Ok ill try describe the problem. When we print A3 black with a large amount of black block about an inch thick we get after about 600 sheets lines going across the page. These lines are about 5mm apart and match the cogs on we think the blanket. We have swapped plates. Had plates made elsewhere tried new fount, everything. Its mental we cant sort it at all. Had an engineer out all pressures are ok

Starts off on the back edge and moves right across. Think its called bar marking. I have a pic but dont know how to put it on here?

..Looks like a roller issue to me??? pull out the blanket wash device and pull out the 3rd form roller ( un-screw the allen bolt and drop the roller down..can be a pita if your press is filthy!! .. Try running a problem job and see if mark goes away

Looks like a roller setting issue. Re stripe ALL rollers, be sure PH is correct , good blanket .. That is not much coverage, when it starts clean and goes bad.. roller issues
